**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design & Planning**:

- Develop architectural designs and plans for interior and construction projects in line with client requirements and company standards.
- Create 2D/3D drawings, renderings, and detailed blueprints using CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
- **Project Management**:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure designs are executed correctly and within budget.
- Oversee construction phases to ensure adherence to design intent, quality standards, and timelines.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Present design concepts and refine them based on client feedback.
- **Material & Costing Expertise**:

- Recommend appropriate materials and finishes that balance aesthetic goals, sustainability, and cost efficiency.
- Prepare project cost estimates and manage budgets effectively.
- **Compliance**:

- Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and zoning laws.
- Coordinate with authorities to secure necessary permits and approvals.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- **Experience**: Minimum [Specify years] experience in architecture, with a focus on interiors and construction.
- **Software Skills**: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and/or other relevant tools.
- **Technical Knowledge**: Strong understanding of structural design, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, and construction processes.
- **Certifications**: Licensed Architect (preferred) or pursuing licensure.
