**Requirement**
- Should have 1 yr to 2 yrs experience in doing Tele sale
- Should have worked good experience Telle calling
- Should have experience in selling **Bank related products, credit card, Loans, Policy's etc.**

**Good communication skill**s
- In English / Malayalam and any other language added advantage
- This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric attitude.

**Client Interaction**
- Understand and address client needs, concerns, and feedback.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward clients.

**Issue Resolution**
- Identify and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
- Documentation and Reporting
- Do the processing activities of the countries assigned
- Ensure proper documentation of the data is done.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions.
- Prepare reports on client feedback, recurring issues, and overall satisfaction levels.
- Suggest improvements to processes and procedures based on client feedback and observations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
