Job Title**:Physiotherapist for Manufacturing Plant**

**Job Description**:
1. Injury Prevention: Develop and implement strategies to prevent workplace injuries through ergonomic assessments, employee education, and proactive interventions.

2. Rehabilitation: Provide timely and effective rehabilitation services to employees recovering from work-related injuries or surgeries, including designing personalized exercise programs and monitoring progress.

3. Pain Management: Assess and treat musculoskeletal pain and discomfort experienced by employees, utilizing various manual therapy techniques, modalities, and therapeutic exercises.

4. Health Promotion: Conduct health screenings, workshops, and individual consultations to promote healthy lifestyles, proper body mechanics, and injury prevention techniques among employees.

5. Collaborative Approach: Work closely with occupational health and safety professionals, human resources personnel, and management to ensure a coordinated approach to employee health and wellness.

6. Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, treatments, and progress notes in compliance with legal and organizational requirements.

7. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and evidence-based interventions in physiotherapy and occupational health to enhance the effectiveness of our programs.

Qualifications:
1. Degree in Physiotherapy.

2. Valid license to practice as a Physiotherapist.

3. Proven experience in occupational health, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial setting.

4. Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy, biomechanics, and injury prevention strategies.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.

6. Capacity to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

7. Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
