We at Last9 are building an SRE platform that makes running software at scale, fun, and embarrassingly easy. Our platform removes the toil from everyday operations and makes finding the root cause & preventing failures a matter of few clicks.

**About the Role**

**Responsibilities**
- Ensuring consistency and quality of visual communication across all our external channels.
- Creating a design style for Last9 - from logos, fonts, graphics/illustrations, typography, and choosing a

design language. These guidelines form the bedrock of all marketing design.
- Help translate technical concepts into images and diagrams for Last9’s audience - engineering leaders

and software developers.
- Creating animations that help us stand out - website, social media images, infographics.
- Building a Design System that acts as a guideline for all marketing endeavours and can be used to

enable external agencies.
- Use design as a method to attract potential customers to our social channels, website and meetups.
- Own all website design, including animations, illustrations, graphic design and creatives on social

media.
- Form a charter for how design can enable high signaling in a b2b SaaS product org.
- Create banner images for our conference booths, merchandise; t-shirts, stickers, bags.
- Create visually compelling slide decks, one pagers, e-books, and other customer facing content.

**What you will need**:

- ** **5 years of relevant experience working as a Visual Designer.
- A body of work showcasing graphic design creation, illustrations.
- Knowledge of creating iconography, animations, video edits.
- Extensive knowledge working with Adobe Photoshop + Illustrator, and Figma.

**About the Team**

You’ll be joining a young team building a massive proposition in the Site Reliability Engineering space. We’re spread across the US & India with clients across both markets. We work with companies that have the largest concurrent users at a single point, and help identify system failures. Above all, you get a chance to lead all marketing design for a rapidly growing SaaS startup.
