Tele Caller Executive

**Job Title**: Tele Caller and Digital Marketing Executive

**Location**: Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Tele Calling**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Explain company products/services to customers and generate interest.
- Handle customer queries and follow up for lead closure.
- Maintain a record of calls and customer information in the CRM.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team if needed.

**Digital Marketing**:

- Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and post engaging content regularly to attract and retain customers.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on digital performance.

**Skills Required**:

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to handle social media platforms and create basic graphics/posts.
- Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented attitude.

**Educational Qualification**:

- 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline
