**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the **main facilitator for all academic activities** in Grades 3 & 4.
- Plan and deliver **age-appropriate lessons** aligned with the CBSE curriculum and school methodologies.
- Focus on holistic development—academic, emotional, social, and behavioral—of each child.
- Conduct regular assessments, maintain student portfolios, and share timely feedback with parents.
- Build a **warm, disciplined, and inclusive** classroom culture that supports curiosity and collaboration.
- Collaborate with fellow facilitators and school coordinators to align on curriculum goals and events.
- Communicate proactively with parents via PTMs and daily/weekly updates.
- Contribute to school-wide programs, celebrations, and enrichment activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in English, Education, or a related field); **B.Ed or D.El.Ed is mandatory**.
- Prior experience as a **primary class teacher** in a CBSE school is preferred.
- Strong command over English, both spoken and written.
- A warm, student-centered approach with excellent classroom management skills.
- Familiarity with experiential or activity-based learning methods is a plus.
- **Immediate joiners preferred.**

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
