**Engage with international customers from US Telecom via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.**

**Utilize your excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise responses to customer queries and concerns.**

**Demonstrate proficient typing speed to maintain fast and efficient chat conversations while accurately documenting customer interactions.**

**Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing accurate and timely support to customers.**

**Collaborate with team members to optimize chat processes and enhance overall customer experience.**

**Qualifications**:
**Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.**

**Proficient typing speed to maintain efficient chat conversations.**

**Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.**

**Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹19,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
