As a French Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and delivering effective French language training programs to individuals or groups. Your role involves assessing learners' needs, creating curriculum materials, conducting interactive lessons, and monitoring progress to ensure proficiency in French language skills. **Key Responsibilities**: 1. **Curriculum Development**: Develop comprehensive French language training materials, including lesson plans, worksheets, and multimedia resources, tailored to various proficiency levels and learning objectives. 2. **Instructional Delivery**: Conduct engaging and interactive French language lessons using a variety of teaching methodologies, such as communicative approach, task-based learning, and immersion techniques. 3. **Assessment and Feedback**: Assess learners' proficiency levels through diagnostic tests, assignments, and evaluations. Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help learners improve their French language skills. 4. **Individualized Learning Support**: Offer personalized support and guidance to learners based on their specific learning needs, strengths, and weaknesses. 5. **Progress Monitoring**: Track and monitor learners' progress throughout the training program. Adjust teaching strategies and materials as needed to ensure optimal learning outcomes. 6. **Cultural Integration**: Integrate cultural elements into language instruction to enhance learners' understanding and appreciation of French culture, customs, and traditions. 7. **Resource Management**: Manage and maintain training resources, including textbooks, audiovisual materials, and digital tools, to support effective language instruction. 8. **Collaboration**: Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and other stakeholders to coordinate training activities, share best practices, and contribute to the overall effectiveness of language training programs. **Qualifications**: - Proficiency in French language (native or near-native fluency).

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
