
Operation Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support cross-functional coordination among departments including Service Coordinators, Accounts, Marketing, Sales, Admin, and HR. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, enhancing communication, streamlining processes, and ensuring timely execution of departmental deliverables.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day operational activities to ensure seamless execution. Team Handling and making coordination
- Serve as a liaison between departments such as Sales, Marketing, HR, Accounts, and Administration to streamline internal processes.
- Track project progress, update timelines, and communicate status to relevant stakeholders.
- Assist with reporting, data entry, and document management to support operational efficiency.
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Help manage vendor relationships.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items.
- Monitor and report key performance metrics across departments.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest improvements.
**Qualifications Requirements**:
- Masters’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in operations, coordination, or administrative roles.
- Hands on Experience on computer tools and software
- Experience on AI tools
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹34,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
