**CLIENT PROFILE**:
Our Client was India's leading Early Childhood & K-12 Education company and was committed to delivering the Joy of Learning to students in the early childhood education and K12 segments.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
- Operations Finance
Extensive business partnering ability to ensure best-in-class experience for franchise partners and internal sales teams on financial processes
Develop and implement best-in-class Revenue Assurance and Collections processes
Timely and accurate accounting of receivables
Evangelize and drive digital collection processes
Drive automation of processes, system integrations to provide seamless and best in class experience for customer ordering, automating collections, automating statement of accounts (SOA’s), Balance Confirmations and reduce TATs for customer queries on SOA’s,, refunds, sales reconciliations,
Setting up processes for rapid scale up of the systems
Ensuring reporting and review of monthly royalty and enrolment numbers, collections and provisions for doubtful debts, timely review and reporting of customer outstanding, review of COGS and inventory valuation etc
Drive talent and sizing requirements and ensuring resultant implementation of interventions and plan
Drive Engagement & Build a High Performance Culture
Financial accounting and reporting:

Oversee day to day accounting operations and month end close as per the finance calendar of the legal entity
Review of Revenue Schedules on Monthly and year end basis, ensuring Revenue has been recognized properly. - Preparing Monthly reports and Analysis of revenue Items.
Timely completion of Audit and quarterly submission of consolidated numbers to the Investors.
- **Qualifications**:
- Chartered Accountant / MBA with 10 - 12 years of Post qualification Experience
Prior experience in the Retail/ Banking/ Insurance/ Telecom Sector is desirable
