Best practices for SnapLogic design and development.
Build and manage complex mappings and transformations using SnapLogic, leveraging various Snaps such as JDBC, SAP, Files, REST, SOAP, and others.
Collaborate with clients to elicit requirements, analyze integration needs, and provide optimized solutions.
Develop custom SnapLogic Snaps and write complex JSON path expressions and Python scripts for advanced data transformations.
Work with cloud and on-premise integrations, including Groundplex and Cloudplex, to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient data flows.
Lead the development of architectural and design documentation, including standards for integration projects.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or impediments that arise during project execution.
Report and work with the product team to resolve project issues or limitations.
Ensure the successful delivery of the project by ensuring technical excellence and adhering to project timelines and standards.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical leadership to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing regular updates and reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3+ years of experience designing, building, and maintaining software solutions.
Expert-level knowledge in SnapLogic design, development, and integration.
Hands-on experience using various SnapLogic Snaps (e.g., JDBC, SAP, Files, REST, SOAP).
Strong knowledge of modern programming languages, ETL processes, and data integration concepts.
Experience in data modeling, development patterns, and integrating heterogeneous systems.
Proficiency in SSL/TLS, SQL, REST, JDBC, JavaScript, JSON.
Ability to build complex mappings with JSON path expressions and Python scripting.
Experience in both Groundplex and Cloudplex integrations.
Strong leadership and coaching capabilities to guide and mentor team members.
Ability to create architectural and design documents, as well as standards documentation relevant to integration projects.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to unblock technical issues to deliver the project on time.
Experience in leading integration projects, ensuring successful delivery with high-quality output.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other data integration tools and platforms.
Familiarity with other integration technologies (e.g., API management, enterprise service buses).
