**Key Responsibilities**:
- Draft and review legal agreements, contracts, and documents
- Provide legal support and advice to the management
- Represent the company in court proceedings and legal matters
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Assist in legal research and case preparations
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in drafting contracts and agreements
- Fluency in both English and Malayalam
- Ability to represent the company effectively in court
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
