Shri Radhika Nonwoven Pvt Ltd is a dynamic and innovative company dedicated to providing high-quality products and services. We're passionate about creating impactful marketing campaigns and are looking for a creative, motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team.

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, executing, and optimizing our marketing strategies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support brand growth and customer engagement.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer insights.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Manage content creation and ensure consistency of messaging across platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with influencers, partners, and vendors.
- Assist in the creation of promotional materials, including brochures, ads, and newsletters.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or related roles.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and SEO.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management platforms, CRM systems).
