**About the Role**:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented **Photoshop Expert & Video Editor** who can bring visual ideas to life through stunning graphics and engaging video content. The role involves editing photos, designing creatives, and producing high-quality videos tailored for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Edit and retouch product, lifestyle, and campaign photos using Adobe Photoshop (or similar tools).
- Create social media creatives, banners, posters, and other design assets.
- Edit, cut, and compile video footage into polished, engaging content for reels, ads, and brand stories.
- Add motion graphics, text overlays, and effects where required.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to align design and video output with campaign goals.
- Ensure all visual assets follow brand guidelines and maintain consistency.
- Stay updated on the latest design and video trends, especially for social media platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in Photoshop, Lightroom, and other image-editing tools.
- Strong expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video editing software.
- Ability to create short-form video content (Reels, TikTok-style edits, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
- Good sense of aesthetics, color grading, and visual storytelling.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Creativity and problem-solving attitude.

**Good to Have (Optional)**:

- Knowledge of AI-based editing tools (MidJourney, Runway, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of animation or 3D editing.
- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or D2C brands.
