We are a fast-growing travel services company specializing in helping customers navigate airline booking processes, cancellations, changes, and health-related travel requirements. Our mission is to simplify the complexities of travel, making it easier for customers to manage their bookings, navigate travel restrictions, and stay informed on health and medical procedures for both domestic and international journeys. We're looking for a talented and detail-oriented Content Writer to join our dynamic team

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Research and write high-quality, SEO-friendly articles, blog posts, and web copy related to airline booking processes, cancellations, changes, and health/medical protocols for travelers.
- Create content that provides clear and easy-to-understand information on travel restrictions, medical requirements (vaccinations, tests, etc.), and tips for managing bookings.
- Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to ensure content is aligned with customer needs and supports brand voice.
- Update existing content regularly to ensure it reflects the latest airline policies, travel regulations, and health advisories.
- Write FAQs, guides, and how-to articles that simplify complex travel and medical processes.
- Ensure all content adheres to the company’s style guide and is accurate, informative, and engaging.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry trends, airline policies, and health regulations impacting travel.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a content writer, ideally within the travel or airline industry.
- Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to convey complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and content optimization.
- Strong research skills and the ability to gather and interpret information from reliable sources.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when dealing with sensitive travel and health-related information.
- A passion for travel, and an understanding of current industry challenges, such as cancellations, booking changes, and health requirements.
- Knowledge of tools like Google Docs, WordPress, and other content management platforms is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with health and medical writing related to travel (e.g., vaccinations, testing, health screenings).
- Familiarity with airline booking systems and travel technology.
- Previous experience writing customer-facing content, such as FAQs or help center articles.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month

Schedule:

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
