Class Teacher Assistant

_The Class Teacher Assistant will provide a nurturing, supportive, and educational environment for young children to grow intellectually, socially, and emotionally. This role is responsible for implementing an age-appropriate curriculum, fostering a love for learning, and ensuring the holistic development of each child._

- **Key Responsibilities**_:_
- **Lesson Planning and Instruction**_:_
- _Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards and the school's curriculum._
- _Use a variety of teaching methods, including storytelling, games, art, and play-based learning to promote children's cognitive, emotional, and physical development._
- _Introduce children to basic concepts in reading, writing, mathematics, and science in a fun and interactive way._
- **Classroom Management**_:_
- _Create a positive classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning._
- _Establish and enforce rules for behavior to ensure a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere._
- _Manage classroom activities, including small group work and individual attention for each student._
- **Child Development and Assessment**_:_
- _Observe and assess children’s performance, behavior, social development, and physical health._
- _Provide regular feedback to parents/guardians about children’s progress, addressing any concerns or developmental delays._
- _Prepare progress reports and hold parent-teacher meetings to discuss children's performance and growth._
- **Social and Emotional Support**_:_
- _Support children’s emotional development by encouraging self-awareness, empathy, and conflict resolution._
- _Foster a sense of belonging and community among students._
- _Address any emotional or social challenges faced by children, providing appropriate support or referrals when necessary._
- **Collaboration and Communication**_:_
- _Work collaboratively with other teachers, aides, and school staff to support children’s holistic development._
- _Maintain open communication with parents/guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and well-being._
- _Participate in professional development sessions, staff meetings, and school events as needed._
- **Classroom Environment**_:_
- _Ensure the classroom is safe, clean, and organized, with materials and resources readily available to facilitate learning and exploration._
- _Decorate the classroom with educational and age-appropriate materials, fostering a stimulating learning environment._

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
