As a Product owner in our Global Private Bank you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

**Responsibilities**:

- Leading digital initiatives within our CRM360 Platform - including driving the product roadmap, collecting and incorporating user feedback, and managing ongoing digital enhancements.
- Collaborating with UX design to drive a better user experience for our Front Office and provide feedback on design, usability, and functionality.
- Coordinating with internal/external dev teams and vendor partners to manage dependencies and coordinate next steps
- Ensuring consistency between our various CRM360 apps and managing overlaps (i.e. ensuring what shows up in Profile 360 matches CRM360 Views)
- Working with Front Office Users to understand their pain points with the products
- Driving requirements grooming for product deliverables to deliver business value
- Collaborating with UX design to drive a better user experience.

**Required qualifications, capabilities and skills**
- University degree holder (including MBA / CFA) and / or with 5-8 years of professional experience in a similar capacity
- Inclination to understand market dynamics and develop expertise
- Strong understanding of the needs and sensitivities of client management
- Absolute discretion when dealing with confidential matters
- Able to work under mínimal supervision; adaptable to work in demanding environment
- Detail-oriented and results-focused
- Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and oral
