
Business Devlopment Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Guide prospective students through the admission process for various training programs.
- Explain course offerings, pricing, and benefits to students and their families.
- Address queries about course details, schedules, and fees.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert them into admissions.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth enrollment and program commencement.
- Manage the intake process, including registration and payment procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive relationship with students and parents.
- Track and report admission metrics to management.
**Required Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong knowledge of the training programs offered by the institute.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple inquiries.
- Experience in sales or customer support in an educational environment is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Graduate in any stream.
- Prior experience in counseling or sales in an educational institute is an advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
