**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Generate CNC programs for Multi axis & mill turn machines using Edge CAMÂ tool
- Should have experience on **Milling and turning programming**.
- Experience in prove out activity on the shop floor
- ** Production troubleshooting** must be a strength.
- Understands cutting tool selection and how to establish feeds and speeds
- Has a basic knowledge of CNC coding (G and M code) and CAD / CAM methods and techniques
- Optimization of existing programs for cycle time reduction
- Quality check of programs generated by other team members Guide and train other team members on programming standard
- Knowledge on Vericut will be added advantage.
**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- Co-ordination with customer and offshore team
