**Role & Responsibilities**:
We are looking for a Visual Merchandiser to increase sales, get buyer’s attention and to provide an excellent in
- store experience.

Responsibilities will include:

- Define, design and implement creative visual merchandising strategy
- Create appealing and eye catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
- Produce window displays ,sign, interior displays, floor plans and special promotion displays
- Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
- Monitor costs and work within budget
- Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
- Research lifestyle,demographics and design trends

**Who are we looking for?**
- Demonstrable visual design skills with a strong retail merchandising portfolio
- Understand creativity,store design so that person can design our store/kiosk,windows and creative themes in the store
- Understanding of marketing store specific which will help to drive store marketing with a target of revenue generation apart from brand building
- Proficiency in Photoshop,Illustrator,or other visual design tools
- Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and current practices
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Creative and innovative thinker
- Any prior experience with a D2C brand is an added plus. Similarly, any experience with a fashion and/or lifestyle brand is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
