**Job Title**: PYP Coordinator
**Location**: Kalyani Nagar, Pune
**Experience Required**: 4 to 5 years
**Qualification**: B.Ed. is Mandatory
**Gender Preference**: Female
**Salary Range**: ₹45,000 - ₹55,000 per month

**Job Description**:
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the IB PYP curriculum
- Coordinate with teaching staff to ensure alignment with IB standards
- Provide regular training and support to PYP teachers
- Ensure smooth IB documentation and manage communication with the IB board
- Conduct regular curriculum reviews and update policies accordingly
- Foster a culture of inquiry, reflection, and international mindedness
- Organize and oversee PYP exhibitions and other student showcases
- Monitor student progress and maintain academic excellence across grades

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree with B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 4-5 years of teaching experience with at least 2 years in a leadership or IB coordination role
- Strong understanding of IB PYP philosophy and standards
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Enthusiastic, creative, and student-focused mindset
