Assistant Professor

We are seeking dynamic and committed **Assistant Professors** to join our **MBA Department** with specialization in **Finance**, **Human Resource Management (HRM)**, **Health Care Management**, or **Business Analytics**.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Deliver lectures and tutorials for MBA courses in the chosen specialization (Finance / HRM / Health Care Management / Business Analytics).
- Develop and implement effective teaching and assessment methods.
- Guide students in projects, internships, dissertations, and research activities.
- Contribute to curriculum design, content development, and academic planning.
- Engage in academic research and publish in reputed journals and conferences.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, seminars, and workshops.
- Mentor students to enhance their academic and professional growth.
- Coordinate with industry partners for guest lectures, internships, and placement support.
**Qualification**:
- **As per AICTE/UGC/University Norms**:
- MBA / PGDM / Master’s Degree in the relevant specialization with **First Class** or equivalent.
- **Ph.D.** in the relevant field (preferred, not mandatory for fresher positions).

- Research aptitude with interest in publications and academic contribution.
- Proficiency in digital learning tools, case-based teaching, and data-driven methods.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills (especially for Business Analytics specialization).
- Commitment to institutional growth, innovation, and student mentoring.
Pay: ₹22,440.67 - ₹42,101.48 per month
