Social Media Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Capture and organize screenshots as needed for various projects.
- Create engaging Instagram reels and manage their distribution on Telegram channels and X (formerly Twitter).
- Assist in the production and shooting of video content for social media platforms.
- **Client Communication**:

- Handle incoming calls from clients and address their queries professionally.
- Make outbound calls to clients for follow-ups, feedback, and coordination.
- **Data Analysis & Reporting**:

- Perform data analysis using Excel to generate reports and insights for the team.
- Maintain accurate records of data and provide actionable insights to support decision-making.
- **Administrative & Office Support**:

- Handle various administrative tasks including scheduling, filing, and office management.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by providing support to the office staff and management.
- **Coordination & Collaboration**:

- Act as a liaison between the company and the marketing agency, ensuring clear communication and successful project execution.
- Coordinate with RIGI (or other relevant partners) to facilitate smooth collaboration and meet project deadlines.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in coordinating with external partners or agencies is a plus.
