**Job Description - Preschool Teacher**

**Location**: Sector 149, Noida

**Salary**: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month

**Purpose of the Job**
- Teach and engage preschoolers in interactive learning.
- Ensure classroom management, including student discipline and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement teaching programs in alignment with lesson plans and curriculum.

**Key Responsibility Areas (KRA)**

**Towards Students**
- Use innovative teaching strategies to achieve learning objectives.
- Conduct activities that stimulate intellectual and emotional growth.
- Develop and use different tools to assess student progress.
- Plan, evaluate, and implement student development programs.
- Supervise children during class, playtime, and other breaks.

**Towards Parents**
- Maintain clear communication regarding student progress.
- Discuss concerns regarding behavior and development.
- Inform parents about extracurricular activities, excursions, and meetings.
- Collect and update parent feedback regularly.
- Encourage parent participation in school events and meetings.

**Towards Management**
- Actively participate in staff meetings, training, and school programs.
- Assist in organizing events, celebrations, and extracurricular activities.
- Foster healthy relationships with colleagues and support staff.
- Ensure confidentiality of student and school-related information.

**Requirements**:
**Educational Qualifications**
- Graduate degree (any discipline) with **NTT/ECCE/Montessori certification**.

**Experience**
- **0 - 2 years** (or as per competence). Fresh Graduates with pleasing personality are welcome.
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and classroom management.
- Understanding of safety protocols to ensure child supervision.
- Excellent team-building, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Flexible, patient, and compassionate approach to teaching.
- Ability to safeguard and prioritize student welfare.
