Job Role - Agri Advisor

Qualification - BSc/ MSc/ MBA in Agriculture or any related field.

Languages Required: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Marathi, Gujrati.

Job description - 1. Contact Directly with Farmers, to identify and address their concerns effectively
2. Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value proposition of our offerings.
3. Cultivate repeat business from existing customers, maximizing revenue potential.
4. Elevate existing customers to key accounts through strategic engagement.
5. Ensure accurate and updated customer data management within CRM software.

Skills - 1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
3. Ability to work well in a team as well as independently.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
5. Proficient in Microsoft office ( Word, Excel ,PowerPoint).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
