**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website assets, marketing campaigns, and product packaging.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials that align with the brand’s voice and identity.
- Design and refine creative concepts for sneaker launches, brand campaigns, and seasonal collections.
- Ensure consistency in brand visuals across all marketing channels and platforms.
- Work on motion graphics and video editing to enhance digital content (preferred).
- Manage design projects from ideation to final execution while adhering to deadlines.
- Keep up-to-date with design trends, sneaker culture, and competitor branding strategies.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **3 to 4 years** of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands.
- Proficiency in **Adobe Creative Suite** (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print design work.
- Excellent sense of typography, color theory, and layout aesthetics.
- Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing design strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and a passion for creative storytelling.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Graduate in Design.
- Experience in sneaker or streetwear branding.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
- Video editing or motion graphics skills.
