**Role: Apprentice**

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice to join our Drainage & Land Development team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience working on infrastructure projects across sectors such as transportation, energy, and defence. You’ll be part of a collaborative team delivering safe, sustainable, and technically sound engineering solutions.

**Responsibility**:

- Assist in preparing basic designs, preparing engineering drawings and documentation.
- Support the team in reviewing design standards and codes.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborate with engineers across disciplines.
- Help with data collection, analysis, and reporting tasks.
- Contribute to maintaining quality standards in project work.

**Requirement**:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Basic understanding of civil engineering concepts.
- Willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Exposure to AutoCAD or Civil 3D.
- Interest in drainage design or infrastructure projects.
- Awareness of UK design standards (training will be provided).
- Curiosity about digital tools and engineering software.
