**Ngā kawenga | What You’ll Be Doing**

As a **Whānau Navigator - ACC**, you’ll walk alongside whānau to co-design recovery and rehabilitation plans, support access to therapeutic and rongoā Māori services, and advocate for their rights in dealings with ACC and other agencies.

This mahi is all about empowering whānau. You’ll help them access ACC entitlements and community supports, navigate health and social services, and ensure their recovery is grounded in holistic wellbeing - physical, emotional, and spiritual.

**Ngā pūkenga me ngā wheako | What You’ll Bring**
- Minimum 2 years’ frontline whānau engagement experience
- Experience in hauora Māori, whānau ora, social services, or navigation roles.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and record-keeping skills.
- Understanding of Te Ao Māori, tikanga, and mātauranga Māori approaches to wellbeing.
- A clean full New Zealand driver’s licence is essential.
- Professional proficiency in Te Reo Māori and commitment to ongoing learning.
