**Role Overview**:
We are seeking dynamic and skilled Programming & Development Trainers to deliver training in various programming languages and web/software development technologies. The trainer should have both theoretical knowledge and hands-on project experience, with the ability to guide students from foundational to advanced levels.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver practical, structured training in:

- C, C++
- Java (Core & Advanced)
- Python
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
- ReactJS / AngularJS
- PHP / Laravel / Node.js
- MySQL / MongoDB
- API Integration & RESTful Services
- Version Control (Git/GitHub)
- Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Live Project / Capstone Project (Frontend & Backend)
- Prepare training plans, curriculum content, practical assignments, and assessments
- Support students with code debugging, problem-solving, and interview preparation
- Evaluate student progress through projects, tests, and performance tracking
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and integrate them into the course
- Promote collaborative coding practices, teamwork, and best development standards

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 1 years of experience in software/web development or teaching
- Expertise in programming languages, frameworks, and development tools listed above
- Strong logic building, code structuring, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, classroom management, and mentoring abilities
- Prior teaching or corporate training experience is a plus
