The primary purpose of this role is to meet targets, identify new sources within the assigned geographical area, and cultivate positive relationships with these sources. Achieving operational efficiency in both the assigned geography and with sources is essential to deliver the expected productivity for the company.
**Summary of the Role**:
As a Sales Representative, your responsibilities include:
- Area/Geography Mapping: Regularly map out specific areas or geographies under your supervision, working closely with your supervisor. Identify and communicate updates on new sources within your designated area to your reporting manager during team meetings.
- Source Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with all sources within your assigned geography.
- Maintain Reports: Keep accurate records of your sales-related activities and maintain a daily diary in the prescribed format.
- Channel Partner Recruitment: Identify potential channel partners.
- Team Huddle: Attend daily team meetings as per the established process.
- Customer Relationship Management: Enhance the overall customer experience by building and maintaining relationships with customers.
