Job Title: Receptionist (Ahmedabad)

Location: Asia Pacific Group of Colleges, Usmanpura, Ahmedabad

Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls promptly and efficiently.

4. Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.

5. Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings.

6. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

7. Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access.

8. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.

10. Keep an inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.

11. Assist in organizing events and activities as required.

12. Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus.

2. Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role is preferred.

3. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

6. Professional appearance and demeanor.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Familiarity with office equipment such as fax machines and printers.

9. Knowledge of basic administrative procedures.

10. Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
