**Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase brand awareness and foster community engagement.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, and optimize strategies to achieve desired results.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling visual and written content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing, and proactively recommend strategies for improvement and growth.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
- Assist in the development of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, and sales materials.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, such as HubSpot or Marketo, and analytics tools, such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for various digital channels.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
- Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are desirable but not required.
