**Role Description**

Us city Link is looking for a minimum 6 months experienced female dispatcher to join our organization. This is a full-time on-site role located in Mohali, India. As a Customer Service Specialist or Dispatcher at our company, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service. You will be the primary point of contact and will work closely with cross-functional teams such as Operations, Drivers and Sales.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Must have good command over English communication
- Prior experience in Customer Service or a comparable role
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Experience with using CRM software and other relevant software
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours, weekends, and holidays

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
