The Sheet Metal Bending Machine Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining bending machines used to shape and form sheet metal into specific angles, curves, and configurations. The operator ensures that the bending process adheres to precise specifications and tolerances, producing high-quality parts used in manufacturing or construction projects.

Material Handling
- Load and unload sheet metal onto the bending machine, ensuring correct alignment and positioning.
- Handle and position metal pieces of various sizes and weights using appropriate equipment (e.g., cranes, lifting devices) when necessary.
- Ensure that materials are stored and handled safely to avoid damage or safety hazards.

**Machine Maintenance**:

- Perform regular maintenance tasks on bending machines, including cleaning, lubrication, and replacing worn tools or dies.
- Conduct routine inspections to ensure machines are in proper working condition, and troubleshoot any mechanical or electrical issues.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities and machine performance

**Production and Efficiency**:

- Work with supervisors and team members to meet production schedules and deadlines.
- Optimize material usage and reduce waste by properly nesting and arranging parts.
- Maintain high production efficiency while ensuring the consistent quality of bent parts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
