We are seeking a skilled and experienced Social Media Executive to join our team. As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media marketing strategies to promote our brand, increase engagement, and drive traffic to our website. You will be working closely with the marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, and analyze campaign performance.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement.

Create and manage content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement social media campaigns and promotions.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics, track campaign performance, and prepare reports on key findings and recommendations.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, algorithms, and industry trends.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audience segments.

Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and brand voice across all social media channels.

Stay informed about industry developments and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.

**Requirements**:
1 to 2 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create engaging content.

Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Demonstrated experience in managing social media accounts for business purposes.

Familiarity with social media advertising platforms, such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or LinkedIn Ads.

Knowledge of SEO principles and content marketing strategies.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media campaigns.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**:
Note: Immediate joiners and individuals with hands-on experience in social media marketing are preferred.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
