Security Supervisor

Urgent required secuirity supervisor at manufacturing industry in hoshiarpur location.

Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Recruit, train and supervise security staff
- Plan and coordinate security operations for specific events
- Coordinate with staff when responding to emergencies and alarms
- Create reports for management on security status
- Oversee facilities services, maintenance activities and trades persons
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- First aid and Emergency Procedures
- Surveillance of premises, protection of staff and property.
- Proven experience as Security Supervisor or similar position
- Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
- Knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)ssion
