As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Supplier Qualifications Junior Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure on-time processing of Sourcing & Procurement transactions (RFX /Contracts, Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites);
- Understand end-user queries related to procurement operations;
- Manage exceptional transactions;
- Assisting to generate savings;
- Non-Voice daily tasks 30%;
- Voice tasks 70%.

**What will you bring?**
- Good English and French language skills, written and conversational;
- BPO Experience of 2-year minimum;
- Procurement Operations exposure would be beneficial;
- High School Graduate/ University Graduate - Any Discipline
- Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;
- Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;
- Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA.

**Nice to have & Trainable Skills**:

- Exposure to procurement operations;
- Neutral Voice, Accent and call management;
- Procurement domain Knowledge and Industry Skills.
