**Job Overview**:
Green Foods Firm is seeking two skilled and proactive Food Safety Supervisors to oversee food safety operations at the Government Medical College, Lalitpur. The supervisors will ensure strict compliance with FSSAI and NABH guidelines while maintaining hygiene, quality, and timely distribution of meals.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Implement and monitor food safety practices as per FSSAI and NABH standards.
- Conduct routine inspections of kitchen operations to ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper food handling.
- Supervise food preparation, storage, and distribution to ensure quality and safety.
- Maintain accurate records, including temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and inspection reports, as required by FSSAI and NABH guidelines.
- Train kitchen staff on food safety protocols, personal hygiene, and proper equipment usage.
- Oversee the timely and hygienic distribution of food to patients and staff during respective shifts.
- Resolve any food-related complaints from patients or staff promptly and efficiently.
- Verify the quality and freshness of raw materials and ensure compliance with dietary requirements.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus that meet nutritional and safety standards.
- Ensure compliance with waste management and pest control procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
- Certification in food safety (FSSAI certification is mandatory).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in food safety supervision, preferably in hospital kitchens.
- Familiarity with NABH guidelines and food safety audits.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple responsibilities.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
