**The team you'll be part of**

Our Business Group is a leader in wireless mobility networks and associated services. With more than 3.500 patent families essential for 5G we have a strong 5G portfolio and are a front runner in open and virtualized radio access networks (O-RAN and vRAN).

Hardware Service Delivery (HWSD) manages Nokia’s service supply chain to ensure required hardware parts availability through new buy and/or repair to meet customer contractual commitments.
- Manages inventory, material availability globally, and inbound logistics flows.
- Orders and forecasts from internal / Cross-Supply and external suppliers
- Operative supplier management (supplier meetings, Materials Execution (MEX) + Procurement Key Performance Index's (KPI) controlling, corrective actions etc.)
- 1st level of material shortage management
- Manages inventory levels by assuring sufficient days of supply and days of supply distribution (right inventory distribution by considering fast and low turning items)
- Follows changes of purchased items and manage ramp-ups/downs in own area.
- Implements agreed allocations and version changes.
- Manages ordering and demand visibility process and confirmations follow-up.
- Gives input to and reports changes in planning (Short Horizon Planning).
- Utilizes supplier capacity reservation.
- Initiates / participates in product allocation process.
- Manages tight supply situation individually.
- Invoice error clarification and resolution
- Contributes in implementation of inbound logistics models based on agreed roadmap
- Contributes to category team strategy
- Component sales coordination (internal material exchange between factories/hubs, sales to suppliers/distributors/brokers)
- Ensures 100% Price Implementation Process coverage of purchased parts in all relevant systems (SAP R/3-system, Modias local part no).
- Executes supplier splits in global scale in short horizon.
- Initiates and owns material escalation at material shortage situation
- Contributes Logistics Services Provider ( LSP) selection process for new inbound lanes
- Follows up inbound shipments together with LSPs
- Provides input to LSP management in LSP selection process
- Provides input to Suppliers Selection Process
- Provides material availability information.
- Maintains data and manages quality: Is responsible for material management data accuracy in systems, utilizing tools and creating necessary reports.
- Manages supplier claims and material returns according to agreed criteria and process.
- Manages supplier performance measurement in material management.
- Drives improvement in E2E Repair TAT of Repair Vendors.
- Improving Spare part purchasing LT.

**Job Responsibilities & Competencies**

Procures under limited or no supervision items needed in operations. Ensures cost efficient and continuous flow of materials from suppliers. Performs monitoring and analyses of suppliers performance. Tutor role to less experienced personnel. Has developed specialist knowledge in one area. Applies knowledge/skills to a range of standard and non standard activities. Interprets client needs, assessing the full requirements; identifies solutions to non
- standard tasks/queries. Is aware of internal/external best practices.
- At least 5 years Purchasing experience in Global environment
- Experience in negotiations and supplier management
- Overall understanding of supply chain network
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to work across global time zones
- Understanding of cultural differences
- SAP knowledge
- Understanding of Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) concept
- Should be analytical and well versed with MS-Office Tool (Excel, Power BI and Powerpoint skills).

**Qualifications**
- Minimum Bachelors Degree, preferably in Business Administration.
- Additional Professional degree/certification in Supply China domain will be added advantage.
