Accounts Assistant

A Cashier cum Accountant manages both cash handling and basic accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records and smooth transactions. - **Handling Cash Transactions**:Receiving payments from customers, making change, and processing transactions accurately.

Accountant Responsibilities:

- **Maintaining Financial Records**: Keeping accurate records of all financial transactions, including receipts, invoices, and payments.
- **Preparing Financial Reports**: Generating reports on cash flow, sales, and other financial data.
- **Reconciling Bank Statements**: Ensuring that bank statements match the company's records.
- **Assisting with Audits**: Providing information and records for audits.
- **Performing Basic Accounting Tasks**: Preparing invoices, processing payments, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
- **Making Payments**: Making payments according to valid vouchers and cash book entries.
- **Making and refunding advances**: According to company regulations.
