**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in achieving sales targets through active lead generation, client meetings, and follow-ups
- Handle client queries related to property projects and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process
- Conduct site visits and presentations to prospective buyers
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign insights, branding, and lead tracking
- Maintain sales records, client data, and regular reporting using CRM tools
- Negotiate and close sales deals in a timely and effective manner
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and property laws

**Key Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in **real estate sales** (residential/commercial)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to achieve targets and close deals
- Must be presentable, confident, and customer-focused
- Familiarity with the local real estate market is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Own conveyance is preferred

**Education**:

- Graduate in any discipline (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred but not mandatory)
