**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design creative and compelling visual assets for digital and print media including brochures, flyers, banners, logos, social media posts, presentations, packaging, etc.
- Develop and maintain brand identity through consistent visual language and design systems.
- Create high-quality motion graphics, animations, and video content using After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Use **Canva** for quick-turnaround designs, templates, and content repurposing.
- Work collaboratively with marketing, content, and development teams to execute campaigns and projects.
- Layout and format long documents (magazines, reports, manuals) using **InDesign** and **CorelDRAW**.
- Understand and implement basic design principles including color theory, typography, layout, composition, and branding.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software updates.

**Required Skills**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, CorelDRAW, Figma, and Canva**.
- Strong understanding of **typography, visual hierarchy, color theory, and branding**.
- Ability to work on both **static** and **animated** content.
- Excellent visual storytelling and layout skills.
- Knowledge of social media design formats and platform-specific requirements.
- Experience with UI/UX design and responsive design systems.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and deadlines.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of professional experience (freelance or agency experience acceptable).
- Animation, video editing, and/or web design background is a plus.
