- Managing the network of key accounts and servicing their requirements in the lights category
- Drive the engagement across mapped AID firms and BH stores.
- Working and collaborating with other teams to drive the product level agenda and enhance project conversions.

**Market Development**
- Identify opportunities across various business segments through competition analysis, regular market visits and giving feedback to brand team for new product development.

**Customer centricity**

Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines.

**Integration**
- Integrate with other verticals like BH team, Decor pro team, APPS team, WT Central team and Supply Chain team to promote sales and service to customers.
