**Job Summary**:
The Stores In charge should help the organization to attain its Manufacturing & Quality goals by maintaining the strict Quality systems like 5S, ISO in the organization.

**Responsibilities and Duties**:
**Policies & Procedures**

Ø Enhancing productivity by following 5S Method and strictly maintaining its rules in the entire Stores area.

Ø Following the ISO Policies & Procedures in the Stores Process without any deviation.

Ø Implement Kaizen in Stores to attain continuous improvement in to obtain On-Time material delivery to Production without any delay.

Ø Submit and Maintaining the Daily, Weekly and Monthly KPI report for Stores.

Ø Review of Weekly Plan Vs Actual to be followed strictly on every Saturday.

**Materials Management**

Ø All inward items Purchase receipt records to be taken care after cross-verification of PO, Quantity, Cost etc., on regular basis.

Ø Monitor and move the quality accepted parts to next process/right location on daily basis.

Ø Materials In charge to maintain the correct stock levels in Physical and SAP software by self-checking on a daily 10 variety of Materials.

Ø Based on Production weekly plan all the materials issue to be taken care on prior without any shortages through SAP.

Ø Critical shortage materials list to be derived and discussed with vendor management to avoid production material issue/progress delay.

Ø Close all the Picklist materials issue record in SAP on daily basis.

Ø Co-ordinate and Monitor the RedTag and DeadStock Area for Sending the Materials for Rework or return.

Ø Maintaining the required level of consumables and discuss with vendor management to avoid production progress delay.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
