Position: Support Software Engineer

Location: Baner, Pune

Support Software Engineer is a hands on role. This person is responsible to continuously communicate, troubleshoot and find resolutions for the customers. This position offers a competitive compensation package (including base salary, bonus, benefits) This person is expected work for a US shift from Pune, India office.

**Responsibilities**:
This position reports to the **Associate VP of Application Development**
- Excellent Communication required.
- **Good knowledge in technology like SQL,.NET, C#.**:

- Should have completed or worked on at least one project as a part of academic activity on technical stack like.NET, SQL
- This person is responsible to Continuously communicate troubleshooting and resolution finding efforts to customers.
- Participate in discussions to understand clients’ needs, requirements, and manage support work requests to result in the delivery of fixes or enhancements on time and with high-quality
- Maintain code quality through best practices, unit testing, code quality automation and support continuous-integration process

**Qualifications**:
This job requires attentions to detail and the ability to multitask, excellent troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science or another relevant technical field is required
- Good knowledge of.NET 3.5 or above with C# is a MUST
- Good knowledge of ASP.NET MVC is a MUST
- Good knowledge of SQL, T-SQL, procedures in SQL Server 2008 (or later) is a MUST
- Knowledge on Telerik MVC or Kendo UI would be added advantage
- Knowledge with ASP.NET Web Forms, TFS, Entity Framework, SSRS, SAP Crystal reports, jQuery, AngularJS, SOAP and REST API would be added advantage.
