**Jr. Bookkeeper with Experience in Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics**

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Prepare and distribute financial reports on a regular basis
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
- Collaborate with the accounting team to develop and implement process improvements
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Experience working with Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
