Designation - Freelancer Trainer for School Learners

We are looking for freelance trainers to help learners of the age group between 10 to 15 years develop their

soft skills, life skills, computer skills and competencies. Your goal as the trainer will be to conduct

informative training sessions that facilitate their skill development.

**Qualification & Experience**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in any field.

2. Any valid certificate in Training will be an advantage.

3. Minimum one year experience as a trainer, B.Ed teacher, or related position.

**Essential Attributes**:
1. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).

2. Experience with best practices for instructional manuals, teaching platforms & training-related

software.

3. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

5. Able to analyse problems and strategize for better solutions.
