**Role Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Design Creation**:

- Develop high-quality designs for various marketing materials including social media posts, brochures, banners, flyers, and more.
- Work with the marketing team to create visual content for campaigns, advertisements, and brand guidelines.
- **Brand Consistency**:

- Ensure all designs align with the company’s brand identity and maintain visual consistency across all materials.
- **Collaborative Work**:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and development teams, to bring ideas to life through design.
- Revise designs based on feedback to meet client or project expectations.
- **Creative Contribution**:

- Suggest new design trends, techniques, and ideas to keep the brand fresh and engaging.
- Continuously improve design skills through research and experimentation.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- **Experience**:

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in graphic design.
- **Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
- Basic knowledge of web design and UI/UX design principles is a plus.
- **Other Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Good communication skills and the ability to incorporate feedback.

**Work Schedule & Interview Process**
- **Work Hours**: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- **Rounds of Interview**: 2 rounds (Direct interview)
- **Work Mode**: Office-based
- **Joining**: Immediate
