**Job Summary**:
A Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that all areas of a building or premises are cleaned, organized, and maintained to the highest standards. This role involves tasks such as cleaning, disinfecting, and arranging items in residential, hotel, or office settings, ensuring cleanliness and a positive experience for the occupants or guests.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Cleaning and Sanitizing**:

- Clean and sanitize rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in offices.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust surfaces to ensure cleanliness throughout the facility.
- Ensure that all areas, including floors, windows, and walls, are free from dirt and stains.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Keep track of housekeeping supplies such as cleaning products, linens, and toiletries.
- Ensure there are enough supplies available for daily operations and request restocking when necessary.
- Organize cleaning equipment and tools in a safe and accessible manner.
- **Waste Disposal**:

- Empty waste bins in rooms, offices, and common areas.
- Ensure that waste is disposed of properly, following any recycling or disposal protocols.
- **Maintaining Cleanliness in Public Areas ( Offices, etc.)**:

- Ensure that public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and lounges are kept clean, tidy, and welcoming.
- Regularly check and clean restrooms to ensure they meet hygiene standards.
- **Reporting Maintenance Issues**:

- Report any maintenance issues, such as plumbing or electrical problems, to the appropriate department.
- Address minor issues (e.g., replacing light bulbs, fixing minor fixtures) where possible.
- **Health and Safety Compliance**:

- Follow safety guidelines when using cleaning products and tools to ensure a safe environment for all.
- Use proper personal protective equipment (PPE) when required, especially when handling chemicals or cleaning high-risk areas.
- Adhere to health and hygiene regulations to prevent the spread of germs and allergens.
- **Special Cleaning Duties (When Required)**:

- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as washing windows, cleaning carpets, or cleaning appliances.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch areas, especially in high-traffic spaces like lobbies or bathrooms.

- **Discretion and Confidentiality**: Respecting privacy and handling personal or sensitive information with care.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work with other housekeeping staff and departments when required.
- **Basic Knowledge of Cleaning Products**: Familiarity with cleaning agents and equipment and their proper use.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to respond to changing demands or special cleaning requests.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is often preferred but not always necessary.
- Some positions may require specialized knowledge of cleaning techniques or chemicals, especially in medical, industrial, or hospitality environments.

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
