**About the Role**:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to support the smooth functioning of our operations. As a Back Office Executive, you will play a vital role in managing administrative tasks, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring efficient communication between departments. You will handle various clerical and support-related functions, helping the team focus on their core responsibilities.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Data Management**: Manage, update, and maintain accurate records of all company data, files, and documentation in both physical and digital formats.
- **Coordination**: Communicate effectively with different departments, vendors, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- **Document Management**: Create, review, and process essential documents and reports. Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all records.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
- **Reporting**: Assist in preparing and distributing internal reports to track progress, deadlines, and project completions.
- **Client Communication**: Handle inbound and outbound client communication, ensuring that inquiries are routed appropriately.
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to company policies and legal regulations during daily operations.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Educational Requirements**: A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field is preferred.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Strong command of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge of data management software is a plus.
- **Attention to Detail**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with data entry and record-keeping.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.
- **Teamwork**: Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively across departments.
- **Problem-Solving**: A proactive approach to identifying problems and suggesting solutions.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.87 - ₹10,604.70 per month
